# Download

Go to the [GitHub Repo](https://github.com/adri567/autogpt/releases/tag/1.0) and download the AutoGPT\_x.x.dmg file.

After downloading the .dmg file, double-click it to open a new window. From there, you can drag the app to the Applications folder. It's up to you where you place the folder, as it's just a preference.
